Ralph Kempcke

Ralph Kempcke has a degree in business administration and is a qualified tax consultant. After six years in private wealth management at Deutsche Bank AG, in 1995 he moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a tax consultant and auditor. From 2000 to 2014, Ralph Kempcke was part of the management board of the BERLIN & Co. Group, where he was directly involved in customer care. He focused on non-liquid assets, taxation, law, foundations, and financing. Since 2014, Ralph Kempcke has been a managing partner at Agusta GmbH.

Hans-Peter Bannert

Hans-Peter Bannert is a certified economist. From 1994 to 1996 he worked as an analyst at an asset management firm in New York. Until 2005, Hans-Peter Bannert worked as a portfolio manager and client advisor at Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG before joining the BERLIN & Co. Group in 2006, where he was in charge of direct client care. He focused on liquid assets, research, asset manager selection, asset allocation, and insurance. Since 2014, Hans-Peter Bannert has been a managing partner at Agusta GmbH.
